Getting started with Amplaud

Create an account, open your first workspace, build a campaign, and share the link that collects proof.

5 min read

Amplaud helps you collect customer reviews and testimonials, approve them in one place, publish a public Wall of Love, and reward the people who speak up for you. This guide walks through the first run so you can share a working campaign link on day one.

Create your account

You can sign up with an email address or with Google. Either method lands you in the same dashboard, so pick whichever fits how your team already signs in.

Set up a campaign and share the link

  1. 1

    Open a workspace

Your first workspace is created for you. A workspace holds one brand's campaigns, proof, and advocates. You can add more later if you run several brands.

  2. 2

    Create a campaign

A campaign is the thing you share with customers. Give it a name that describes what you are asking for, such as a launch story or a G2 review.

  3. 3

    Add one or more platforms

Each campaign contains platforms, which are the destinations you want proof from. Add a review site, a social network, a video ask, or a plain text testimonial.

  4. 4

    Share the campaign link

Copy the campaign link and send it to customers by email, chat, or wherever the conversation is already happening. When they respond, their submission arrives in your queue.

One link, many replies

A single campaign link can collect from everyone you send it to. You do not need a separate link per customer to get started.

What happens next

  • Submissions land in a single approval queue for you to accept or reject.
  • Approved submissions become proof in your library, ready to filter and preview.
  • You can publish approved proof to a hosted Wall of Love or an embeddable widget.
  • If you set up rewards, approving a submission can thank the advocate automatically.
