What the overview measures
- Reviews collected: how much proof came in during the period.
- Average rating: the mean score across rated reviews, out of five.
- Positive reviews: the share rated four stars or higher.
- Wall views and visitors: how often your wall was seen and by how many people.
- Visitors who clicked: the share who took an action after landing.
Reviews and engagement
The Reviews tab surfaces rating trends, common topics, and highlighted quotes drawn from what customers wrote. The Engagement tab shows how people interact with your wall and embedded widget over time.
Deeper analysis on higher plans
The overview figures are always available. The richer review analysis, including topics and highlighted quotes, is part of the Growth and Pro plans.
