Submissions and the approval queue
Every reply lands in one queue. Review screenshots, links, text, video, or star ratings, then approve or reject.

When customers respond to a campaign, their submissions collect in a single approval queue. This is your one place to review incoming proof before anything becomes public.
Submissions
Approve proof in one queue.
What a submission can contain
- A screenshot of a review or message.
- A link to a published review.
- Written testimonial text.
- A video.
- A star rating.
One queue, every kind
You do not check separate inboxes per platform. Text, video, links, screenshots, and ratings all arrive in the same queue so review stays quick.
Approve or reject
- 1
Read the submission
Open each item to see what the customer sent and which campaign it came from.
- 2
Decide
Approve submissions you want to keep and reject the rest. Approving is what turns a submission into proof you can use.
- 3
Let follow-on actions run
If a reward is configured for the campaign, approving a submission can trigger it. Rejected submissions do not become proof and do not trigger rewards.
Approval is deliberate on purpose. Nothing a customer sends is published or rewarded until you accept it, which keeps your public proof accurate and consented.
